Trucking Accidents

There are hundreds of thousands of trucking accidents every year on our roads and highways in the United States.  Far too many of those trucking accidents take place in the San Jose area.

In fact, there are over 500,000 commercial trucking accidents every year.  And 98 percent of truck-at-fault collisions involve serious injuries including fatalities.
